Creative Action’s Teen Programs tap into the power of students’ creativity and insight to explore issues of identity, community, and civic and social change. Each ensemble is comprised of young artists ages 14-18 that work together with mentors and peers to envision and complete powerful art projects that engage the community and make a lasting impact.
Creative Action Teen Programs meet twice a week on Tuesday and Thursday during the school year from August to May. Our young artists are paid a stipend each semester for the valuable leadership and artistic work they contribute to their community.
Students interested in getting involved participate in interviews that are held every May. Check back here in the spring for more info about applying to the program!
