Volunteer with Creative Action in the Classroom
Work alongside the professional Teaching Artists of Creative Action to help implement New World Kids, a program for youth ages 4-5 that helps children develop critical thinking skills.We seek individuals who are:
- Available in the morning, a few days on a few different weeks between February 1-May 31. The sign up is somewhat flexible and volunteers can sign up for as many or few classrooms as desired.
- Interested in working with young children.
- Have an appreciation and interest in arts and creativity.
We will hold a detailed volunteer orientation on Wednesday, January 16th, from 10-12pm where we will go over the program and requirements for volunteering.
