TYA USA: Simple but Significant Changes

There are many ways to consider “responsibility” in teaching artistry, and all of them offer unique benefits for young people engaged with teaching artists, for arts organizations and administrators, and for teaching artists themselves. In speaking with teaching artists and education directors/administrators from various contexts, including Creative Action, the lens of trauma-informed teaching emerged as a key consideration.
