Out-of-School Time Program Assistants 

We are hiring for our new Program Assistant position, ideal for candidates looking for short term part-time work and a little extra experience working with youth to support their career endeavors. Program Assistants support Creative Action Out of School Time programming during the school year. This is a fast-paced work environment in which continuous mobility is required. This is a part-time, hourly position for the duration of the academic school year (now until the end of May), approximately 10-14 hours a week, Monday through Friday.

Out-of-School Time Teaching Artists

**We are particularly seeking teaching artists with filmmaking experience for an after-school program on Tuesdays/Thursdays.**

Teaching Artists are responsible for creating and leading arts-based after school classes and will work with students to develop a culminating project or performance at the end of the program. Candidates must have general availability 2:00 – 6:30 PM MondayFriday and experience in at least one of the following: theatre, dance, visual art, creative drama, puppetry, music, film, digital media, photography, spoken word, creative writing or theatre-in-education.  Experience facilitating an artistic discipline and/or working with elementary-age youth preferred.   Bilingual (Spanish/English) applicants and people of color are strongly encouraged to apply.  This is a part-time position, approximately 10 – 30 hours per week throughout the school year; summer teaching may be available.
